Fitness Assessment 
This fitness assessment is designed to test different levels and to act as a "benchmark" for present and future fitness assessments. This test has (10) sections: the mile run/walk, jump test, sit-up, push up, wall squat, jump rope, standing long jump, 50 yard dash, shuttle run, Sit and reach.
