Fair FAIR<BR> Student misses three or more days per quarter.	Poor POOR<BR> Student has four or more absences in the quarter. Zero points for 5+ absences.
PUNCTUALITY	Excellent EXCELLENT<BR> Student is on time and sitting ready to start class when the bell rings.	Good GOOD<BR> Student is on time but not ready to start class when the bell rings.	Fair FAIR<BR> Student comes is occasionally late to class.	Poor POOR<BR> Student is late on a regular basis.
LEVEL OF ENGAGEMENT AND BEHAVIOR	Excellent EXCELLENT<BR> Student often asks questions, participates in pair/group discussions. He makes an effort to greet the teacher verbally.	Good GOOD<BR> Student sometimes asks questions, and participates in pair/group discussions. Sometimes greets the teacher verbally.	Fair FAIR<BR> Student rarely participates in class, struggles with pair/group discussions. Student sometimes gives a non-verbal greeting (eye-contact) with the teacher.
