Creativity	Poor The student did not get very creative.	Fair There was some creativity there, but more could have been done.	Good The student started to push outside the box and come up with a creative solution to the assignment.	Excellent The student was very creative, thought outside the box, but still incorporated the point of the assignment.
Craftmanship	Poor The work was poor, possibly sloppy and time was not used wisely. More attention to detail should have been used.	Fair The work was fair. Time may not have been used well. The piece of artwork may have looked unfinished.	Good The work was good, but the student could have used their time more wisely and paid more attention to the details.	Excellent The student took their time and did excellent work. The student paid good attention to detail.
Use of Line/Zentangles	Poor The student did not use Zentangle patterns created by line.	Fair The variety of Zentangle patterns was very limited.	Good There was a nice variety of Zentangle patterns, but more were needed.	Excellent Excellent use of Zentangles and even created some of their own.
Use of Shape	Poor The student did not incorporate any negative shapes/space.	Fair There was very little negative shapes/space used.	Good The student used some negative shapes/space, but more was needed.	Excellent Excellent balance of negative shapes/space and positive shapes )areas filled with Zentangles.
