PRONUNCIATION	Level 4 Pronounces majority of letters and words correctly and speaks clearly; no major errors with pronunciation	Level 3 Pronounces most of the letters and words correctly and speaks clearly	Level 2 Speaks clearly; mispronounces some letters and words	Level 1 Difficult to understand, is struggling or mispronounces most words. (more than 5 serious errors)
VOCABULARY	Level 4 Appropriately uses correct vocabulary with a high degree of effectiveness	Level 3 Appropriately uses correct vocabulary with some effectiveness	Level 2 Sometimes appropriately uses correct vocabulary and grammar	Level 1 Rarely uses or doesn't appropriately use correct vocabulary and grammar. (more than 5 serious errors)
DELIVERY / POISE/MEMORIZATION	Level 4 Student has practiced sufficiently so that he/she delivers lines with poise and loudly enough to be heard by all.	Level 3 Student has practiced but should have put in more time. Difficult at times to hear because of loudness of voice.	Level 2 Student has not practiced enough and/or he/she was difficult to hear at least 40% of the time.	Level 1 Appears that student has not practiced at all and/or student could not be understood because of volume of voice.
