Left hand is "Bunny Crushing" and fingers are not hitting the correct notes due to the left hand placement. There is a lot of tension present and can result in injury if not fixed.
Bow hold & Bow arm
Superior +5pts
Student's bow hold is relaxed with a curved pinky and bent thumb. Middle finger is in line with thumb and fingers are curved around the frog. Hand is tilted towards index finger Bow arm opens at elbow and wrist is flexible
Excellent +4pts
Student's bow hold is mostly accurate but can improve in one area. Thumb may need to bend or pinky may need to curve. There is tension present.
Bow arm should open at elbow but may not be completely accurate.
Good +3pts
Student's bow hold is somewhat accurate with more than one problems that is affecting performance.
Bow arm is stiff, possibly not using any elbow or wrist is stiff. Bowing with shoulder which prevents proper technique

Bow Placement & Bowings
Superior +5pts
Bow is between the bridge and fingerboard , student shows comfort of using whole bows and playing in different areas of the bow and instrument when dynamic levels and styles require.

Bow placement and bowings are usually accurate maybe one area where there needed to be more focus or more bow used
Good +3pts
Bow placement and or bowings are rarely accurate, need to work on this area, too much or too little bow used

Bow placement is not accurate and bowings are incorrect.
Rhythm

Rhythms are accurate with correct with correct lengths for notes and rests
Excellent +4pts
Rhythms are mostly accurate with maybe a longer/shorter note/rest length

Some rhythms are accurate frequent or repeated errors. Rhythm problems take away from performance
Poor + 2,1,0 Pts
Rhythms are rarely accurate takes significantly away from performance
Steady Beat
Superior +5pts
The beat is steady and the student is using performance tempo
Excellent +4pts
The beat is steady the student is close to performance tempo
Good +3pts
The beat is inconsistent (rushing or slowing down) The tempo is not close to performance tempo
Poor + 2,1,0 Pts
There is no clear steady beat, very inconsistent rushing, slowing down and or pauses.
