Follows Instruction	Poor Was not able to perform any steps without guidance.	Fair Required more help than most to navigate through steps. Lacked ability to use note or read directions .	Good Had notes available, Read notes, able to navigate through steps with some help.	Great Had notes available, Able to navigate through steps easily.
Daily progression	Poor Student has no interest in completing the project.	Fair Works to complete project with in time allowed. Shows signs of self motivation but not always.	Good Self Motivated. Gets steps completed in timely manner.	Great Self Motivated. Eager to complete project. Works hard.
First Steps of Project	Poor Student spent little time or care on preparation. Completion of process was poor.	Fair Project completed to fair potential.	Good Project completed to satisfactory potential. Student spends sometime preparing project to start.	Great Student has completed project to fullest potential. Student takes time on project. Start up processed complete.
Middle Steps of Project	Poor Project not going as it should.	Fair Process satisfactory. There are a few errors.	Good Project is done well. Only 1 or 2 errors.	Great Procedure is done with care and perfection. No visual mistakes. Fabulous job over all.
Finishing and Detail	Poor Project is not finished.	Fair Project is missing a few key steps to finished quality.	Good Only a couple minor adjustments should have been made in order to get finishing details correct.	Great Finishing touches, including gloss/ painting are complete.
Tiger Pride/Clean up	Poor Student does not show care for school and community.	Fair Student rushes through clean up and sometimes does not leave tools or work space in proper condition. Student uses proper language in classroom.
Over-all Completion	Poor Student needs to work on skills, time management and attention to detail.	Fair Student completed a satisfactory project.
