Approachability	Good Ms. Dickie was very easy to talk to, cared about what I had to say, and I felt like I could ask her anything.	Fair Ms. Dickie was easy to talk to, but I was sometimes afraid to ask a question.	Poor Ms. Dickie was not easy to talk to, did not seem to care about what I had to say, and I did not feel like I could ask her any questions.
Knowledge	Good Ms. Dickie knew what she was talking about when she taught me and knew what she was doing.	Fair Ms. Dickie knew some of what she was talking about when she taught me and was a little disorganized.	Poor Ms. Dickie did not know anything about what she was talking about and was very disorganized.
Instruction	Good Ms. Dickie gave clear, concise instructions that helped me understand what I was learning.	Fair Ms. Dickie gave instructions that were confusing at first, but then she restated them and they made more sense.	Poor Ms. Dickie gave instructions that were not clear and concise and were very confusing.
