Good Either correct hand and incorrect fingering; or incorrect hand and correct fingering at times	Fair Either correct hand and incorrect fingering; or incorrect hand and correct fingering throughout.	Poor Both incorrect hand and incorrect fingering are used.
Rhythmic Accuracy	Excellent Perfect! Little to no mistakes.	Very Good No more than 2 errors or minor variations.	Good No more than 4 errors, needs more practice.	Fair 5 or more errors, needs more practice.	Poor No steady beat and difficult to follow.
Melodic Accuracy	Excellent Perfect! Little to no mistakes.	Very Good No more than 2 errors or minor variation.	Good No more than 4 errors, but skills needs some work.	Fair Has many mistakes.	Poor Parts of the song, especially the beginning and end did not have a specified melody.
Tone (squeaking)	Excellent No squeaks! Awesome Job!	Very Good No more than 2 squeaks.	Good No more than 4 squeaks-	Fair Squeaks interrupt the song.	Poor Song is hard to hear because of squeaks.
