	Excellent - 95% 4 pts	Good - 85% 3 pts	Fair - 75% 2 pts	Poor - 65% 1 pts
Notebook	Excellent - 95% Notebook is neatly organized. Contains all lessons in order. Front sheet contains dates of lesson completion.	Good - 85% Notebook is somewhat organized. Some lessons are out of order. Front sheet may be missing dates of completion	Fair - 75% Notebook is not well organized. several or more Lessons may be missing or out of order. Front sheet may not be completed.	Poor - 65% Notebook is a mess. Papers hanging out. Some lessons are not in the book - completely missing. Front sheet incomplete or missing.
Drawings	Excellent - 95% Drawings are accurate and detailed. Evidence of care taken to complete the work. Work is done very neatly, is labeled, and dated. Drawings are drawn within a circle representing field of view	Good - 85% Drawings are somewhat accurate, very detailed. Care has been taken to complete work neatly. All work is labeled and dated. Drawings completed within a circle representing field of view	Fair - 75% Drawings are inaccurate, not very detailed. More effort could have been made. Work may not be neatly done, labeled, or dated. No field of view circle.	Poor - 65% Drawings are not detailed, not accurate, sloppy. Not much effort is evident. Labels and dates may be missing. No field of view.
Materials	Excellent - 95% Care is taken to return materials to their proper place at the lesson's end. When in use, materials are handled with care.	Good - 85% Materials are most of the time returned to their proper place. Materials are handled carefully most of the time.	Fair - 75% Materials are handled with care some of the time. Little recognition of their value or cost. Students do not return materials unless reminded	Poor - 65% Materials are handled roughly without much care. Students must be reminded to return materials to their proper place. Some materials may be missing.
