Time-10 requirement: 3 minutes or more.	Excellent Student speaks for 3 minutes or more.	Good Student speaks for 2 minutes.	Fair Student speaks for 1 minute.	Poor Student speaks for less than a minute.
Appearance-10 requirement: Dress as the famous "latino"	Excellent Student is appropriately dressed as famous "latino".	Good Student is inappropriately dressed as famous "latino"	Fair	Poor Student is not dressed as famous "latino".
Fluency/Target Language-10 requirement: Speak only in Spanish	Excellent Student speaks clearly and distinctly in Spanish all the time with good pronunciation.
