Content	Excellent The content includes a clear statement of purpose or theme and is creative, compelling and clearly written.	Good Information is presented as a connected theme with accurate, current supporting information that contributes to understanding the project's main idea.	Fair The content lacks a central theme, clear point of view and logical sequence of information.
Technical -Visual	Excellent Visuals create a distinct atmosphere or tone that matches different parts of the story.	Good An attempt was made to use visuals to create an atmosphere/tone but it needed more work. Image choice is logical.	Fair Little or no attempt to use visuals to create an appropriate atmosphere/tone.
Technical - Voice	Excellent The pace (rhythm and voice punctuation) fits the story line and helps the audience really "get into" the story.	Good Tries to use pacing (rhythm and voice punctuation), but it is often noticeable that the pacing does not fit the story line. Audience is not consistently engaged.	Fair No attempt to match the pace of the storytelling to the story line or the audience.
Production	Excellent The video communicates the purpose of the story from beginning to end with a clear Oklahoma connection.	Good The video communicates the purpose of the story through most of the story with a vague Oklahoma connection.	Fair The story purpose is ambiguous and the connection to Oklahoma is not apparent in the video.
