Inclusion and Belongingness	Exemplary Project includes all activities that provide cultural, linguistic and inclusive examples of belongingness for ELL parents in their child's school community.	Accomplished Project includes some activities that provide cultural, linguistic and inclusive examples of belongingness for ELL parents in their child's school community but is missing one of more of these areas.	Developing Project is missing most of the required activities that provide cultural, linguistic and inclusive examples of belongingness for ELL parents in their child's school community.
