Curl-Up Test

The objective of this test is to monitor the development of the athlete's abdominal strength. Students will be given one minute to complete as many curl-ups as possible.

Not Proficient

Student completed between 1-14 curl-ups.
Partially Proficient

Student completed between 15-24 curl-ups.
Proficient

Student completed between 25-35 curl-ups.
Advanced Proficient

Student completed greater than 35 curl-ups.
VO2 Max Test

VO2 Max is the maximum rate of oxygen consumption as measured during incremental exercise. Maximal oxygen consumption reflects the aerobic physical fitness of the individual. For this VO2 max test students were given four minutes to run the length of the court (72 feet) as many times as possible.
