Delivery (Volume)	Excellent Consistently speaks loud enough for audience to hear.	Satisfactory Usually speaks loudly enough for audience to hear.	Needs Improvement Speaks too softly or too loudly to hear properly.
Delivery (Clarity)	Excellent Speaks clearly and distinctly 95-100% of the time and mispronounces no words.	Satisfactory Speaks clearly and distinctly most (94-85%) of the time. Mispronounces no more than 2-3 words.	Needs Improvement Often mumbles and cannot be easily understood OR mispronounces more than 4 words.
Expression (Pitch)	Excellent Consistently reads with expression and conveys emotions appropriately.	Satisfactory Usually reads with expression.	Needs Improvement Reads with little or no expression, voice is often monotone.
