Visual Presentation	Unsatisfactory There was no visual component to the presentation.	Developing The visual component was only partially complete with many missing parts.	Satisfactory The visual component was complete with only minor missing parts.	Distinguished The visual component was complete with no missing parts.
Presentation Appearance	Unsatisfactory The visual component of the presentation is missing or is unreadable.	Developing The visual component of the presentation is somewhat neat, some words are properly spelled, correct grammar is used some of the time, and it has some of the required information. Field Trip Approval	Unsatisfactory The field trip was not approved because it did not provide the "Board of Education" with adequate information to make that decision.
