Images/Appearance	Exceeds Standard Appearance is not only neat and organized, but the organization of required and included components helps the viewer to understand the author's tone, mood of the character and his development throughout the text.	Meets Standard The project is organized, neat and pleasing to the eye. The viewer can easily see and understand the included components and development of the character.	Nearing Standard Parts of the project is messy and/or disorganized. The viewer may struggle to decipher handwriting and understand the development of the character in certain areas of the project.	Far Below Standard The project is messy and/or disorganized to the degree that it is distracting to the viewer. The viewer may struggle to decipher handwriting and understand the development of the character.
Required Components To earn a 3, your project must include:	Exceeds Standard Includes all required components of the project and provides detailed and insightful explanations of the development of the character.	Meets Standard Includes most of the required components of the project and provides sufficient details in communicating the development of the character.	Nearing Standard Includes some of the required components of the project, but is minimal and lacking detail that may not fully explain the development of the character.	Far Below Standard Includes few of the required components of the project and may not communicate the development of the character.
