Unit Rubric The children will be asked to tell the teacher something they learned about trees. Each response will be written on a paper leaf and added to the trunk of the tree to create a tree of knowledge that will demonstrate what the children learned from the unit. Variety of responses	Poor There was very little variety in the children's responses. Most responded with the same idea.	Fair There was some variety in the children's responses. There were not enough responses to make the tree look full of knowledge.	Good There was a lot of variety in the children's responses. Most if not all children had an idea/fact to share. The tree of knowledge looked very full.
Enthusiasm	Poor The children were not enthusiastic when talking about what they had learned.	Fair Some children were enthusiastic about what they had learned.	Good All of the children were enthusiastic about what they had learned and shared many things they learned with the teacher.
