Plays Correct Pitches	Beginning 5 or more pitch/fingering errors.	Developing 3-4 pitch/fingering errors.	Proficient 1-2 pitch/fingering errors.	Advanced Plays all music pitches correctly with excellent fingering choices.	Total
Progressions	Beginning Plays more than one chord.	Developing Plays multiple chords with long transitions in between. (Awkward silence.)	Proficient Plays multiple chords with little silence in between. (Plays next chord before measure is completed.)	Advanced Plays multiple chords with very little silence in between. Left Hand Technique	Beginning Tone is harsh, hand position is incorrect and there are frequent buzzed or muted notes.
