Working on appropriate work?	Poor Student is rarely working on appropriate work.	Fair Student is working on appropriate work 50% of the time.	Good Student is working on appropriate work 75% of the time.	excellent Student is always working on appropriate work.
Talking when off task	Poor Student is talking off task often.	Fair Student is talking off task 50% of the time.	Good Student is talking off task 25% of the time.	excellent Student is talking off task very rarely, using personal strategies to stay on task.
Working during class time	Poor Student is getting little work done during class time.	Fair Student is getting 50% of work done when given class time.	Good Student is getting 75% of work done during class time.	excellent Student is getting 100% of work done during class time.
Cell Phone	Poor Students constantly has cell phone out and is not paying attention to team members	Fair Student is using phone in class and has to be reminded several times to put it up.
