Equivalent Ratios Equivalent Ratios Students will demonstrate how to find equivalent ratios/common denominators and simplifying fractions by using multiplication and division of numbers other than 0 and 1. They will also find missing values of variables by determining which number to multiply and divide a ratio by. Equivalent Ratios

Multiplication	Needs reteaching Student is able to use multiplication to create an equivalent ratio and is successful 60% or less.	Approaching Concept Student is able to use multiplication to create an equivalent ratio and is successful 61-80% of the time.	Mastered Concept Student is able to use multiplication to create an equivalent ratio and is successful 81-100% of the time.
Division	Needs reteaching Student is able to use division to create equivalent ratios and is successful 60% or less.	Approaching Concept Student is able to use division to create equivalent ratios and is successful 61-80% of the time.	Mastered Concept Student is able to use division to create equivalent ratios and is successful 81-100% of the time.
Solve for variables	Needs reteaching Student is able to solve for a variable by using multiplication or division to solve for the missing number in an equivalent ratio and is successful 60% or less.	Approaching Concept Student is able to solve for a variable by using multiplication or division to solve for the missing number in an equivalent ratio and is successful 61-80% of the time.
