1.Set-up Fill 3 bay sinks with water at appropriate temperature.	Unsatisfactory Sinks were dirty when started. Water was not at required temperatures to clean and sanitize	Meets Expectations Water temperature was satisfactory for required task. Sinks were clean before filling	Exceeds Expectations Water temperatures were perfect Sinks were clean
