Lesson Participation	Poor Student does not participate in lesson plan activity	Fair Student shows some participation in lesson plan activity	Good Student shows great participation in lesson plan activity	Excellent Student shows excellent participation in activity and asks at least one question during the lesson
Assessment	Poor Student receives a 0 on the Lesson Quiz	Fair Student receives 2-5 points on the Lesson Quiz	Good Student receives 5-8 points on the Lesson Quiz	Excellent Student receives a 9 or higher on the Lesson Quiz
Research Portion	Poor Student does not show any research during in class time given and is distracted	Fair Student does some research but does not completely utilize in class time given	Good Student uses in class time to research and collects good data however may get distracted	Excellent Student fully utilizes in class time to research and collect data for their project
