Contribution	Not Acceptable Rarely contributed thoughts or insights, if any.	Fair Occasionally contributed thoughts to the group project. Would seldom provide any ideas to advance the project.	Good Contributed thoughts and ideas to the group project. Contributions were of good quality.	Very Good Actively contributed thoughts and ideas to the group project. Contributions were of very good quality.	Excellent Constantly contributed thoughts and ideas to the team. Input was constructive and of a high calibre.
Cooperation	Not Acceptable Uncooperative and difficult to work with. Seemed to be counterproductive. Negative attitude.	Fair Cooperative at times. Had some difficulty interacting with others. Attitude was fair.	Good Cooperative and productive most of the time. The amount varied depending on other competing tasks.	Very Good Cooperative and productive. Performed Individual Task	Not Acceptable Failed to complete individual assignments, forcing others to finish what they did not do.	Fair Completed some individual assignments.
