Display shows distinct outlines of each room. Furniture and other physical objects are drawn to establish the locations of specific item required in each room. Artistic value is represented.

Displays the proper placement of areas as they relate to other activities that take place in or near the same area

Placement and arrangement of rooms do not consider proper placement to allow structure to function at an optimum level.

Basic activity areas are arranged so that those requiring water are near a water source; dry activities are far from wet activities; storage units are arranged into U or L shapes; quiet activities are far away from active activities & traffic areas; arrange areas around edge of room to allow center of room to be used for traffic flow.

-Explains the placement of the activity areas.

Does not give presentation
or is not willing to speak.
Fair

Gives a minimum amount
of information. Does not fully explain the layout of the activity areas.
Good

Gives a full explanation of the project, based on the knowledge obtained from the chapter.
Keeps head up and toward the class.
Enunciates clearly.
