Content	Excellent Contains costs of all expenses AND Costs are accurate detailed.	Good Contains costs of all expenses AND 1-2 inaccuracies in estimates of criteria	Fair Missing needs, wants, weight, or savings AND/OR 3-4 inaccuracies in estimates of criteria	Poor Missing 2 of the required criteria AND/OR 5+ inaccuracies in estimates of criteria
Balance	Excellent Balance is completely accurate. AND Total needs and wants is equal to or less than the allowed amount of budget and weight. A substantial amount of savings is indicated	Good Balance contains 2-3 inaccuracies. OR Total needs and wants of trip is questionable or savings is not accurate for destination.	Fair Balance contains 4 inaccuracies. OR Total needs and wants of trip does not justify a detailed clear budget. Savings is inadequate for destination.	Poor Balance contains 5+ inaccuracies. OR Total needs and wants is poorly addressed. No savings indicated.
Organization / Legibility	Excellent Document is completely legible and well organized with clear headings. AND Document contains no marks or stains.	Good Document is completely legible and well organized but headings do not stand out. OR Document contains 1 - 2 marks or stains.	Fair Document is legible but messy. It lacks organization and is missing headings. OR Document contains 3-4 marks or stains.	Poor Document is messy and illegible. There are no headings. OR Document contains large marks or stains.
