I can be on time to every class with expected materials in hand or gotten out quickly once I have entered the room. I can learn to use my pencil to mark my music both when asked and on my own.

Is never tardy without a note; always has sharpened pencil, music and other materials ready to go, and is observed marking in music as appropriate.
Meets........................

Generally on time with music and pencil ready to go (tardy or without materials fewer than 3 times per month). Marks music when asked.
Meets/Showing Progress.............

Is making an effort to improve record of being on time and having materials (tardy and/or forgotten pencil or materials more than 3 or 4 times in a month). Marks music occasionally. Is not a good music sharer.
NYM/Improving......................

Is often tardy; often needs to borrow a pencil or be reminded to get out music. Has trouble sharing and marking music.
No Pass................

Tardy frequently; rarely has own pencil nor makes the effort to get out or use music.
