Stick Skills	Poor Never was able to successfully maneuver the hockey puck.	Fair Sometimes was successful in maneuvering the hockey puck.	Good Often demonstrated success in maneuvering the hockey puck but was not consistent. Sometimes high sticked and was mostly accurate with passing and receiving.	Excellent Almost always demonstrated success in maneuvering the hockey puck with consistency. Never high sticked and as accurate with passing and receiving.
Sportsmanship/Leadership	Poor Never was able to demonstrate leadership or good sportsmanship with my team.	Fair Sometimes was able to demonstrate leadership or good sportsmanship with my team.	Good Often was able to demonstrate leadership or good sportsmanship with my team, but not always.	Excellent Almost always was able to serve demonstrate leadership or good sportsmanship with my team, and was well received by my peers.
Game Play	Poor Never understood the game rules and did not put much effort into it.	Fair Sometimes understood the game rules but rarely put effort into it.	Good Often demonstrated a clear understanding of the game rules and put in about 80% effort.	Excellent Always demonstrated a clear understanding of the game rules and was able to help others comprehend the rules. Put in at least 90% effort.
