-Foot that steps forward is on the same side as the throwing arm
-Makes no step at all
-Most of the balls are out of direction

-Steps out with opposite foot, the step and the throw are two seperated movements
-Throwing arm starts bent, with ball already close to ear
-Ball reaches the destination most of the time

-Starts throwing movement and steps out with opposite foot on the same time and in a fluent movement
-Throwing arm is almost straight pointing backwards when throwing movement is initiated
-Elbow goes forward followed by hand
-Aims well and ball reaches within a meter of destination
Fielding

-Catches easy thrown balls, from a short distance
-Moves out of the way of hit balls

-Only catches perfectly aimed balls from a distance of a minimun of 15 meters
-Does stop the ball when fielding

-Right hand is under on the Cricket bat
-Not standing properly
-Swings Cricket bat down (chopping wood)

-Knows the rules for a good pitch and a bad one and sees the difference of most obvious pitched balls
-Left hand is under on the Cricket bat
-Line of feet goes somewhere facing the field
-Swings the bat mainly upwards

-Knows if a pitched ball is going be a good one to swing at
-Left hand is under on the Cricket bat
-Line of feet goes straight towards the flag
-Swings the Cricket bat forward and slightly upward
Running
Poor
-Has no idea where the ball is when running and follows directions of team mates to run

-Usually knows whats happening with the ball when running
Good
-Always knows what happens with the ball when running
