Making the Dough	Extraordinary followed directions well independently to create a smooth ball of dough that was easy to roll out.	Good Followed directions well with help from the teacher. Dough was a smooth ball that was easy to roll out	Average Followed directions with lots of help from the teacher. Dough was dry and did not roll out evenly.	Below average Teacher almost did everything, dough is crumbly and very hard to roll out.
Planning and Structure	Extraordinary The student demonstrates outstanding planning, with clear attention to structure, and selection of project focus. Professionalism *decorations can be just icing or candies. All must be edible.	Extraordinary House is exceptionally professional in regards to structure and decorations. The decorations make sense. There is no inappropriate additions.	Good House is professional, is a bit sloppy with the decorations but all is appropriate.	Average House is somewhat professional. It is sloppy with minimal decorating.	Below average House is not professional and has no decorations at all.
Creativity/ Originality	Extraordinary The project demonstrates original personal expression and creative originality.
