Explination/Description of process	Poor Provides little to no description of how they solved the problem.	Fair Provides a basic description of how they solved the problem.	Good Provides a good description of how they solved the problem and alludes to why they used a particular strategy.	excllent Provides an excellent description of how they solved the problem and includes details about why they used a particular strategy.
Mathematical Understanding	Poor Shows little to no understanding of the problems concepts	Fair Shows some understanding of of the problems concepts	Good Shows understanding of the problem's concepts but still has minor errors.	excllent Shows a full understanding of a problem's concepts and is able to describe the concept with no errors.
