Or may have 1 handwritten descriptive word.	Proficient Student's poster displays all 5 individual strengths from a magazine. There are no hand written descriptive words.	Exceptional Student's poster displays more than the required 5 individual strengths. No handwritten ones. No spelling errors.
Weaknesses	Minimal Student's poster displays 3 or less individual weaknesses. Or may have 2+ handwritten descriptive words.	Developing Student's poster displays 4 of the 5 individual weaknesses.
