Generally smooth reading with some breaks.

Moderate breaks in smoothness caused by difficulties with words and/or structures. Rough spots in text are more frequent and disruptive.

Frequent extended pauses, hesitations, false starts, sound-outs, repetitions, and/or multiple attempts.
