Uses physical aggression 3 times during activity.
Level 1 - Unacceptable
Constantly uses physical aggression during activity.
Voice
Level 4 - Outstanding
Always vocalizes using appropriate levels for the setting (classroom, outside area, cafeteria etc.) during the activity.
Level 3 - Proficient
Occasionally uses vocalization levels that are inappropriate for the setting during the activity.
Level 2 - Limited Proficiency
Demonstrates little ability to be cognizant of voice levels in various settings during the activity.
Level 1 - Unacceptable
Shows no control over voice levels.
Task completion
Level 4 - Outstanding
Fully and correctly completes task/instruction as prompted by the teacher/assistant.
Level 3 - Proficient
Partially completes task/instruction correctly.
Level 2 - Limited Proficiency
Responds to task/instruction but makes no progress in completing it correctly.
Level 1 - Unacceptable
No attempt at task is demonstrated.

Puts self in others' shoes; accepts and understands the feelings and motivations of others; takes steps to deepen understanding.

Accepts others' feelings; does not understand others' motivations and shows no or little interest in seeking to understand others.
