Is consistently inattentive to others when they speak for a wide variety of reasons.
Interruptions

Level 4 - Outstanding

Never interrupts when others are talking.
Level 3 - Proficient

Interrupts others with their permission; interruption helps delivery of message.
Level 2 - Limited Proficiency

Interrupts others without their permission; interruption interferes with delivery of message and may or may not cause speaker problems.
Level 1 - Unacceptable

Is consistently disruptive to others; interruptions interfere with delivery of message and clearly causes speaker problems.

Uses physical aggression 3 times during activity.

Constantly uses physical aggression during activity.
Voice

Level 4 - Outstanding

Always vocalizes using appropriate levels for the setting (classroom, outside area, cafeteria etc.) during the activity.
Level 3 - Proficient

Occasionally uses vocalization levels that are inappropriate for the setting during the activity.
Level 2 - Limited Proficiency

Demonstrates little ability to be cognizant of voice levels in various settings during the activity.
Level 1 - Unacceptable

Shows no control over voice levels.
Task completion

Level 4 - Outstanding

Fully and correctly completes task/instruction as prompted by the teacher/assistant.
Level 3 - Proficient

Partially completes task/instruction correctly.
Level 2 - Limited Proficiency

Responds to task/instruction but makes no progress in completing it correctly.

No attempt at task is demonstrated.
