Study Habits	A I always use high quality study habits such as flash cards, and rewriting notes. I usually study daily.	B I sometimes use high quality study habits. I Normally start studying a week ahead of time.	C Normally I like to browse my notes when I study, which I do the night before the test.	D I don't study.
Participation	A I actively participate in all of class discussions.	B I sometimes participate in class discussions.	C I hardly ever participate in class discussion.	D I never participate in class discussion.
Test Corrections	A I take full advantage of any and all corrections that the teacher allows.	B Normally I participation in test corrections, but not always.	C I sometimes make corrections to tests that a teacher provides	D I never do test corrections.
