FEMALES: Health Fitness Assessment 
This fitness assessment is designed to test different levels and to act as a "benchmark" for present and future fitness assessments. This test has five (5) sections: the Pull-up, sit-up test, body fat %, 1-mile run test, and sit and reach test.

A 1-mile run time below 9 minutes and 40 Seconds.
