Bullying Problem	Poor Students did not identify the main problem of bullying in our school (Physical, verbal, cyber, etc..)	Fair Students identified a problem of bullying but was not the main bullying problem in our school.	Good Students clearly and correctly identified the main problem of bullying in our school. That problem was clearly identified in their presentation.
Bullying Supporting Data	Poor Students did not have any data/research to support what is the primary problem of bullying in our school.	Fair Students had some research or data but it was sketchy or inaccurate and slightly supported the primary problem of bullying in our school.	Good Research was clear and accurate. The data/research clearly supported the primary problem of bullying in our school.
Educating (Researched Based)	Poor Students did not use any researched based ways to educate students on the problem of bullying.	Fair Some of the ways students presented to educate students were supported by research but not all of them.	Good Students clearly supported each way they are going to educate students on the problem of bullying with research.
Public Service Announcment	Poor The PSA does not target any specific group and it is unclear what audience it is intended for.	Fair The PSA is missing the organization they are associated with or it is unclear who the target audience is (Primary, intermediate, middle or high school students).	Good Students PSA clearly states the organization they are associated with. The PSA clearly targets the audience they are trying to reach with their PSA.
PSA Elements	Poor Most of the facts in the PSA are inaccurate, their is more than one specific message and the video is longer than :35 seconds.	Fair The PSA includes a good hook, most of the facts are accurate and there is one specific, clear message. The video is :31-34 seconds long or is shorter than :30 seconds.	Good The PSA has a good hook to grab the viewers attention, the facts included are accurate and it focuses on a specific message and doesn't overload the viewer with different messages. The PSA is exactly :30 long.
