Information is at the advanced level and consistently supports images.	Level 3 Information is neatly organized Text is legible. No grammatical errors. More than half of the graphics and effects enhance presentation. Information adequately supports images.	Level 2 Information is partially organized. Some grammatical errors. Information supports images at times.	Level 1 Information is not organized. Text is illegible. There are several grammatical errors. There is no use of graphics. The information does not consistently support images.
Content	Level 4 Information presented about the watershed/aquifer was very well done. Included all of the criteria in great detail.	Level 3 Information presented about the watershed/aquifer was well done. Included all of the criteria in detail.	Level 2 Information presented about the watershed/aquifer was somewhat effective. Included some of the criteria outlined and had some detail in their work.	Level 1 Information presented about the watershed/aquifer was completed with limited effectiveness.
