German 2 Introductions German 1 Oral Interview Rubric This is the first performance assessment in your portfolio. You will greet a friend of yours and ask him/her how he/she is doing. Then you will introduce him/her to your girl/boyfriend. They will greet each other appropriately and ask each other where they are from. In addition, they will ask each other 3 additional questions about school, family, and hobbies. You all will say goodbye. Fair Speaks clearly; mispronounces a few words.	Poor Difficult to understand, is struggling or mispronounces most words. (more than 5 serious errors)
VOCABULARY	Excellent Uses appropriate vocabulary and idioms for the topic.	Good Uses appropriate vocabulary for the topic most of the time.	Fair Makes 2-3 word choice errors.	Poor Rarely uses or doesn't appropriately use vocabulary (more than 3 serious errors)
GRAMMAR	Excellent Uses correct grammar (verb tenses, conjugations, etc) all of the time	Good Uses correct grammar most of the time.	Fair Use correct grammar some of the time. ( 3 serious errors)	Poor Rarely uses or doesn't appropriately use correct grammar (more than 5 serious errors)
FLUENCY	Excellent Responds immediately without any long pauses	Good Responds quickly with some pauses	Fair Responds with some flow;struggles when responding and takes long pauses	Poor Responds with very little flow or none at all; takes constant pauses (more than 5 serious errors)
