Create a Restaurant Foods Project 
Students will create a Fast/Casual restaurant: developing a menu based on a theme/concept. Design a logo, catch phrase and signature dish. Draw or construct a scale model fo the restaurant. Write a business Plan and creat a glog reflecting Green/sustainable practices.
