Alignment/margins	Excellent Proper alignment was used for all pages. Student used either left, center, or right alignment according to proper formatting techniques. Proper margins were used on all pages	Good Student made one or two mistakes with the margins and/or alignment.	Fine Student made three or four mistakes with the margins and/or alignment.	Poor Student made five mistakes with the margins and/or alignment through out paper.	0 Alignment was incorrect throughout pages. Students did not use the left, center, and right alignment tool correctly while typing.
Spelling	Excellent All words have been correctly spelled.	Good One to Five spelling errors have been identified.	Fine Six to Ten spelling errors have been identified.	Poor Eleven to Fifteen spelling errors have been identified.	0 More than fifteen spelling errors have occurred.
Punctuation	Excellent All proper punctuation was used through out all typed pages. Includes: capitalization, semi-colons, periods, and commas. Heading/Spacing	Excellent Proper spacing and headings were used on every page. Student made sure each heading was bold and the spacing on every page was even and follows proper typing format.	Good Student made one error with the heading or spacing while typing the pages.	Fine Student made two errors with the heading or spacing while typing the pages.	Poor Student made three errors with the heading or spacing while typing the page.	0 Student did not watch the heading and spacing they used on each and every page.
Overall	Excellent All pages were typed and finished during the class period. Students completed each and every page of the test. All details on each and every page were correct.	Good Student was unable to finish all one of the pages during the specified class period.	Fine Student was unable to finish two of the pages during the specified class period.
