Good Student's intonation, pronunciation, stress and linking was understandable with some error.	Excellent Student's intonation, pronunciation stress and linking made understanding easy.
Fluency	Poor Student was unable to respond to questions.	Fair Student appears uncomfortable at times; takes long pauses between statements; several statements were unclear.	Good Student took short pauses between statements; one or two statements were unclear.	Excellent Student takes no pauses between statements or in answering questions, and is comfortable and communicates clearly and quickly.
Grammar	Poor No sentence is grammatically correct.	Fair Some sentences are grammatically correct.	Good Most sentences are grammatically correct.	Excellent All sentences are grammatically correct.
