90 Degree Push Up
	Needs Work 1 pts	Getting There 2 pts	Muscle Builder 3 pts
90 Degree Angle	Needs Work Student does not achieve a 90 degree bend in the elbow on any repetition Partner Teacher	Getting There Student achieves a 90 degree bend in the elbows on nearly all repetitions Partner Teacher	Muscle Builder Students achieves a 90 degree bend in the elbows with the upper arms parallel to the floor with each repetition Partner Teacher
Arm Extension	Needs Work Student does not fully extend arms on any repetition Partner Teacher	Getting There Student fully extends arms on nearly all repetitions Partner Teacher	Muscle Builder Student fully extends arms with each repetition Partner Teacher
Body Position	Needs Work Student fails to maintain proper body position throughout the test Partner Teacher	Getting There Students maintains proper body position for a portion of the test Partner Teacher	Muscle Builder Student maintains proper body position, keeping a straight line from head to toes throughout the test Partner Teacher
Pace	Needs Work Student frequently stops to rest and is unable to maintain a rhythmic pace during the test period Partner Teacher	Getting There Student maintains rhythmic pace for the majority of the test period Partner Teacher	Muscle Builder Student maintains a rhythmic pace of one push-up every three seconds for the entirety of the test period Partner Teacher
