Fact Fluency Gameboard Design Project
You are a gameboard manufacturer and you have been assigned the task of creating a board game that will help first grade students review their addition and subtraction facts in a fun and interseting way.

The gameboard is excellent. Everything is neatly created and directions were followed completely.

Game board is visually appealing. It has a color scheme that goes along with the theme of the game. Students use an appropriate amount of graphics- both borrowed and original.

Contrasting colors are being used. Colors blend well with the theme of the board. Student uses both borrowed and orignal graphics. Game is visuallly appealing.

Contrasting colors are being used. Colors do not real go with the theme of the board. Minimal graphics are used or an overpowering amount of graphics are being used.

The purpose of the game relates directly to the goal of the assignment and the game board represents a clear theme.

The purpose partially relates to the goal of the assignment and the game board somewhat represents a theme.

The purpose slightly relates to the goal of the assignment, but does not represent a theme.

It is unclear what the purpose and theme of the game are from the appearance.
Directions/Rules
Excellent
Directions/Rules make it perfectly clear how to play the game. Easily every could participate. There are minimal errors.
Good
Directions/Rules were written but there are 2-3 minor grammatical erros. There could be part that needs more explanantion or that is unclear. A step or 2 could be missing.
Fair
Directions/Rules were written but many errors in grammar interfere with the understanding of the directions/rules. Many steps are missing or unclear. Much revision is needed.
Poor
Directions/Rules were written but many steps were missing. It is very difficult to understand how to play the game.
