Lab Activity Time	0 Student did not use the lab time appropriately or effectively.	Poor Student's work does not show evidence of using time wisely in class on lab project.	Fair Student's work reflects some lack of focus or effort during class on lab project.	Good Student's work reflects active participation and appropriate use of class time on lab project.
Lab Activity	0 Student did not follow the directions on the lab activity.	Poor Student shows little regard for directions on the lab activity.	Fair Student attempts to follow all of the lab directions accurately but makes some mistakes.	Good Student accurately follows all of the lab directions.
Use of Materials	0 Student did not use materials appropriately and did not clean up work surface.	Poor Student misused materials during the lab work.	Fair Student did not clean up lab work area entirely.	Good Student used lab materials appropriately and cleaned up work area.
