Topic	Excellent Student stays on topic and provides through explanations. Follows a clear, thorough step by step process. Answer all required questions thoroughly.	Good Student stays on topic and provides some explanations. The step by step process is clear, but basic. Gives basic information to the questions required.	Fair Student stays on topic but provides little explanations. Step by step process are out of order or unclear. Does not clearly answer all questions required.	Poor Student is off topic. The information is hard to follow and does not connect to the topic given. Step by step process is unclear. Questions are not answered. Information is incomplete.
Delivery	Excellent Student uses a clear voice and correct, precise pronunciation of terms so that all audience members can hear presentation.	Good Student's voice is clear. Student pronounces most words correctly. Most audience members can hear presentation.	Fair Student's voice is low. Student incorrectly pronounces terms. Audience members have difficulty hearing presentation.	Poor Student mumbles, incorrectly pronounces terms, and speaks too quietly for students in the back of class to hear.
Eye Contact	Excellent Student maintains eye contact with the audience, seldom returning to notes.	Good Student maintains eye contact most of the time, but frequently returns to notes.	Fair Student occasionally uses eye contact, but reads most of the report.	Poor Student reads all of the report with no eye contact.
