Student occasionally bothers others, does his/her share of the work, listens to team, and offers ideas/solutions. May/may not follow all aspects of social contract.
Fair
Student is occasionally disruptive, does a minimal amount of work, does not listen, is argumentative, must be in charge or minimally contributes to team. Needs a time out or a redirect on social contract.
Poor
Student is consistently disruptive, does not listen when others talk, refuses to work as a team, causes tension in the group, or fails to complete group work. Receives a redirect or a foul on social contract.
