Questions	Below Basic The interviewer attempts to ask one open-ended question or a closed-ended question.	Basic The interviewer asks at least two open-ended question combined with three close-ended questions.	Proficient All five of the interviewer's questions are open-ended.
Punctuation	Below Basic The writer does not use correct end-punctuation on most interrogative sentences.	Basic The writer uses correct end-punctuation on a least three interrogative sentences.	Proficient The writer uses a combination of punctuation based of question marks and periods if the the sentence is interrogative or imperative.
Spelling	Below Basic The writer has three or more spelling errors in the questions.	Basic The writer has two or less spelling errors in the questions.	Proficient The writer does not have any spelling errors in the questions.
