4th Grade Roller Coaster Rubric 
Students will work in cooperative groups to create a roller coaster simulation. Students will use their engineering skills and knowledge of force and motion. Students are expected to create an advertising video for their roller coaster. Students are also expected to type a one page reflection paper.

3-4 paragraphs (less than full page) Discussed the process of building the roller coaster and how the group worked together. Also what they learned while working on the project. Not typed. Some spelling mistakes.

Over 1 page. Answers all questions: Explained the process of why you/your group chose theme, how you built your coaster and how your group worked together. Thoroughly explained what went well during the project and what improvements could have been made. Also what you learned while working on the project.Typed. No spelling mistakes.
