	Poor 1 pts	Fair 2 pts	Good 3 pts	Excellent 4 pts
Placement/Alignment	Poor Student almost never shows proper placement of upper torso or lower portion of the body throughout the workout.	Fair Student rarely shows proper placement of the upper torso or the lower portion of the body.	Good Student usually shows proper placement and demonstrates a good understanding of the core.	Excellent Student shows proper placement of upper torso and demonstrates an excellent understanding of the core throughout exercise.
Focus/Energy	Poor Student fails to stay focused, lacks concentration and puts forth little effort.	Fair Student appears somewhat focused yet performs with little energy.	Good Student performs exercises by staying focused and utilizes strength and energy.	Excellent Student performs exercise fully focused and demonstrates a strong sense of concentration.
Knowledge of Exercise	Poor Student demonstrates no knowledge of the exercises.	Fair Student doesn't appear to have retained the exercises very well.	Good Student appears to know a majority of the exercises.	Excellent Student demonstrate all exercises and performs them well.
