Contributions	Not So Hot Rarely provides useful ideas when participating in the group. Refuses to participate. Depends on everyone else to do the work.	Pretty Good Sometimes provides useful ideas when participating in the group. A satisfactory group member who does what is required.	Excellent Always provides useful ideas to the group. A strong group member who contributes a lot of effort.
Work Habits	Not So Hot Is rarely on task. Frequently strays to conversation outside of the task and/or frequently does things that make it difficult for the group to concentrate.	Pretty Good Contributes to the group effort, but sometimes strays to conversation outside of the task.	Excellent Is always on task and is active in keeping the group on task.
Cooperation	Not So Hot Rarely listens to, shares with, and supports the efforts of others. Not a good team player. Has to have things his or her way. Argues with others.	Pretty Good Usually listens to, shares, with, and supports the efforts of others. Does not cause "waves" in the group.	Excellent Always listens to, shares with, and supports the efforts of others. Actively tries to keep things positive and people working well together.
